Recently, FDA has taken resolution to take strong measures against few drug manufacturing companies which sell low quality anti-depressant drugs which are full of side effects. These anti-depressant medications accelerate the possibility of suicidal habit in the mind of human beings. Food and Drug Administration department announced that the black box warning would be given to few drug manufacturers to sell unsafe anti-depressants. The experts opine that children now show excessive inclination towards suicidal tendency. This is very bad for the parents and kids. In this connection, the FDA has published a long list of defective anti-depressant medications which include Prozac, Remeron, Sarafem, Serzone, Sinequan, Surmontil, Symbyax,Tofranil, Tofranil-PM, Triavil, Vivactil, Wellbutrin, Zoloft and Zyban, Anafranil, Aventyl, Celexa, Cymbalta, Desyrel, Effexor, Elavil, Lexapro, Ludiomil, Luvox, Marplan, Nardil, Norpramin, Pamelor, Parnate, Paxil inclusive of Pexeva.

All these medications have been branded under Black Box Warning category. As a part of precautionary measure, parents need to make sweet conversation with their kids. They must be kept at strong vigil to monitor their act of behavior and manner. Parents must watch whether kids are found in labyrinth of confusion and deep frustration. If a child is seen feeling lonely and monotonous, he or she must be taken to healthcare consultant for check-up. The U.S. Department of Justice has blamed Forest Laboratories for violating federal False Claims Act by marketing unauthorized antidepressant medications like citalopram and excitalopram.

The bench of jury also lambasted the pharmaceutical company for offering hush money or kickbacks to entice healthcare professionals to recommend these antidepressants to patients. This is a severe crime and the company will be prosecuted and punished. The company was given charge sheets for manufacturing the false evidence to avoid allegation. The owner of the company along with the management committee members was ordered to be present before the judge at the court for cross-examination. Now, the company is discussing the whole matter with the government for the convenient settlement. Therefore, people can sue the company if they are severely injured and physically incompetent due to the low quality anti-depressants. They will get full compensation after winning the legal tussle over the opponent group.
